Against who? 156 gordon Best Bowling figures? 7/35 You have recently come back from touring Sri Lanka with the Australian T20 side, how did you find the country? And how was it playing against one of the stronger side in the world at the moment? The country is beautiful and the people are very kind.. always humbling to see people who don’t have a lot to be smiling and appreciative of the small things. Playing Sri Lanka in their
own conditions was tough, but extremely rewarding.. I want to go back!
Most embarrassing moment on the field? Probably when I slid to stop a ball and lost my pants in the process. Best cricketer you have ever played with? Shane Watson The great Manly Sea Eagles are sponsoring you this season, rumor has it that you have a lethal right-foot step! What Sea Eagles player would you say you most resemble on the field? George Rose, likes a beer.. maybe that comparison is an off field one. Who is your favorite Manly cricket player? The beaver! Not only are you one of the best left arm orthodox spinners in the country, but we hear that you don’t mind playing the guitar and belting out a tune. Are we going to see a single released soon? Or possibly a duet with Taylor Swift at her upcoming tour of Australia? No single, guitar only comes out between 3 and 5 am.. generally have a 3 song playlist and the guests are usually Swedish.. I love taylor.
How would you go about impressing Taylor Swift, the girl of your dreams? Take her to the boat shed. If you could trade places with one person at Manly, who would it be? Andrew Fraser.. he's a millionaire You have been a major asset to the Manly Cricket Club over the last 2 seasons, not only for your cricketing talents, but also with the ease you have fitted in with the clubs culture and group of players. How have you found the last few years being involved with the Club? I am a proper westy, but the boys here have been extremely welcoming, and I have never had so much fun running out with the boys, was great to win a t20 flag, hopefully we can repeat that in future years.
Funniest moment on the field? There has been so many, with the likes of nat hill and the beaver.. but probably one of Adam Crosthwaites blow ups has to be the highlight, which was every week. With the Sea Eagles full steam ahead for what looks like another premiership, will we see Steve O’Keefe on the hill at Brookvale Oval supporting the boys in their NRL campaign? Love my footy.. but I'm a bunny at heart, so maybe when the bunnies roll out against the sea
eagles I will watch them have a win haha.
