PG's never say die win over UTS moves them up to 4th in the tables.
PG's win over UTS on Sunday was a repeat in the excitement stakes of 2nds win on Saturday. After a sleepy start in the field we were chasing a very getable 236. No one was able to kick on their innings so it was up to Capt'n Mitch Cleary (127) to lead the charge. Mitch was only 8 runs away from carrying his bat through the innings when he fell. Again some great lower order batting this time from Courie Boss, Jimmy Munting, Jackson Bird and Murray Ferguson got us the win with 3 overs to spare. With 5 runs to get Birdy blasted a 4 and then first ball of the next over Muzza (JD) flicked one off the pads for 4 and the win.
