With the great work that many at our cricket club do for the greater Northern beaches cricket community, and community as a whole, it is something that has been kept too low a profile for quite a while now. But we here at Manly Cricket intend to change this and show the great work that the people at MWDCC put in the help our local area.

As a result, we have launched a new "Manly in Community" section to our website, and intend to add to this continually through the rest of this season and into the future. We will be looking to do atleast one addition each week until the end of the 2011/12 season, so make sure you keep an eye on the website and also facebook.

This week we look at the great junior coaching done by star players Aidan Baker, Mitchell Pugh and Adam Gummer, and also club stalwart and Honarary Vice President Simon Lyon.
