There were a few questions marks whether you were going to hang up the boots this year or not, much to the delight of everyone at MWDCC you have decided to go around again. What convinced you to come back and play another season for Manly?

Means the world to me to be back where it all started as Manly is without doubt the place where dreams are made.. they’ve definitely come true over the last 10 years for me and the club has definitely been a huge part of my life and for that I am forever in its debt. No doubt missed the greatmen and quality human beings that makes Manly the place to be!

"Gday you wonderful folk at home and music to your ears i can tell you is that the weekend is going to be nothing but a fine one for you all as we’ve got a cheeky north westerly coming across Manly oval giving us our hard earned weekend nothing but blue skies and a magical 24 degrees... What are your goals for cricket this year? Enjoy every moment being back at Manly, scoring some runs, being a great offsider to Timmy and being a good role model for the boys at the club and helping all my fellow greats at the club

At the start I was unsure and wondered if Coxy was playing, who generally is a shoe in, but since he’s not I was a little unsure. But now having been back at the club for a week and seen some of the candidates, I have no doubt it will be shared between one Luke Edgell and Sammy "i had porridge for breakfast" Alexander!
